1. License & Usage
Tablet Pro software is licensed, not sold.
Personal Licenses: Valid for a single user.
Business/Teams: Require a commercial or multi-user license.
Restrictions: You may not share, sell, copy, reverse engineer, or bypass the software’s security or licensing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses that violate these rules.
2. Compatibility
Tablet Pro STUDIO is designed for compatible Windows computers (it does not run directly on iPad or Android). We cannot guarantee compatibility with every computer, tablet, pen, driver, or third-party application.
3. Purchases & Subscriptions
Lifetime Licenses: A one-time purchase valid for as long as the product remains available and compatible with your system. It does not guarantee compatibility with future Windows versions or hardware.
Subscriptions: Auto-renew monthly or yearly. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges. Paid features remain available until the end of your billing cycle.
Third-Party Stores: Purchases made through Microsoft or other marketplaces are subject to their respective payment and refund rules.
4. 30-Day Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchasing directly from our website. Email justice@tabletpro.com with your order number. *(Note: Microsoft Store or other marketplace purchases must be refunded through their respective platforms).* Custom development and completed services are nonrefundable.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
Tablet Pro is provided “as is.” We frequently update the software to improve features or fix bugs, but we cannot promise it will be entirely error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tablet Pro is not responsible for lost data, lost work, unintended commands, or indirect damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
6. Privacy & Updates
We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms and Conditions as our business changes; the newest version will always be posted on this page.
