Rebelle is my favorite program for digital artists. Great for oils, watercolor and natural media digital art. I also use Rebelle to create non traditional media. They are adding a lot of great features in Rebelle 5 which I’ll be sharing soon on their YouTube channel. 

Rebelle 4.1 and later works amazingly on a tablet with pen and touch at the same time. SOOOOOO FAST and lovely to draw in. If you don’t have a copy of Rebelle, click the image to the left.
